Pakistan is on the path of destruction at the hands of present regime. They have no priorities than having a good time and then take off, their investments overseas are ample and they are on political picnic in Pakistan.
Comon man in pakistan is at the verge of disaster, Businesses are suffering badly due to no Power supply. Load shedding has cripled the Industry and leaders are on honemoon tours. Cottage Industries which is our backbone have collapsed.
ARE WE HEADING FOR TOTAL DISTER?

I agree with every word of Mr. Mohammad Tauqir Khan. I think it says it all. What surprised me lately is Mr. Shaukat Tareen joining this band. He has a good reputation and should have maintained it. But it seems our so-called elite definitely have common links which might have compelled him to join this governament.

Pervaiz Musharraf… the greatest leader of this century and perhaps this millennium; but an unemployed leader, as the silly people laid him off on 18th Feb, 2008.

Salam,
I have never seen a great leader like Pervez Musharraf whole my life. He is still fighting for Pakistan for the cause of Pakistan when the so-called democratic leaders of the country are just looting and cheating the simpletons of Pakistan. I want to see Musharraf back in politics as soon as possible to save Pakistan from the vultures like Zardari and Nawaz. Long live Musharraf…Long live Pakistan!

Under Musharraf rule, our economy was freed from the exploitative clutches of IMF as robust foreign reserves position obviated the need to go to IMF with a begging bowl. Immediately after his removal, we again found ourselves standing at the doorstep of that globally disgraced world finance organization. I quote a portion of my latest article written for Pakistan & Gulf Economist (January’s last issue):
Quote:
Before discussing the dynamics of our national debt, particularly the external debt, I would like to remind the readers of the US strategy to economically enslave the third world countries. This strategy is not the mind product of some of the anti-US think tanks but flows direct from the pen of a US economist John Perkins, better known as Economic Hitman. Employed as the chief economist at MAIN, he writes with reference to his trainer Claudine:
“Claudine told me that there were two primary objectives of my work. First, I was to justify huge international loans that would funnel money back to MAIN and other US companies (such as Bechtel, Halliburton, Stone & Webster and Brown & Root) through massive engineering and construction projects. Second, I would work to bankrupt the countries that received those loans (after they had paid MAIN and other US contractors, of course) so that they would be forever beholden to their creditors, and so they would present easy targets when we needed favors, including military bases, UN votes, or access to oil and other natural resources.
The unspoken aspect of every one of these projects was that they were intended to create large profits for the contractors, and to make a handful of wealthy and influential families in the receiving countries very happy, while assuring the long-term financial dependence and therefore the political loyalty of governments around the world. The larger the loan the better. The fact that the debt burden placed on a country would deprive the poorest citizens of health, education and other social services for decades to come was not taken into consideration”
According to the said strategy, US employed three different tactics to achieve the desired objectives – use of economists like John Perkins; violent change of popular and economically stable governments; and where these two options are not relevant, the use of brutal military power. When seen in the perspective of Pakistan, a lot of corroborating evidence surfaces. During July-March 2009, Pakistan’s external debt servicing amounted to $5.3 billion out which $3.65 billion were paid off and the balance was rolled over. Owing to a much higher policy rate, the domestic debt servicing is also much higher. Our public sector development program which is invariably downsized before the end of each fiscal, is hardly 30 percent of the total debt servicing. There is no doubt that the debt system is a boon for a number of wealthy and influential families and a bane for the poor masses of this country. Our economic progress during 2003-08 remains unparalleled. During those six years, an average growth of 6.3 percent was achieved and poverty level reduced to 17.02 percent. This state of affairs did not suit the US book and our feudal lords. We all know how the political change was brought about and what economic price we had to pay for that.

I had a great hope and admiration for ex president Musharaf, but my hopes and dreams were shattered when i saw him surrendered to the will of US by allowing the criminal of Pakistan to be forgiven. Not only were they forgiven but also also allowed to contest in a free election like some kind of heroes.
We truely need to build leadership school and above all emphasize on the importance of faithfulness and soverenty of Pakistan. Anybody who talks against Pakistan should lawfully be prosecuted. Our judiciarysystem should be independent without any internal or external influence.
Pakistanis have to move on in building good government and dont dwell on past failed leadership, this is the reason that the corrupt leaders keep on returning to the scene of the crime without any repecursion. There should be a term limit of the presidency, no more than two terms in a life time.

Wonderful and creative work. I will suggest to modify the definition of a true and sensible leader.
A great leader takes his nation where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be there through clear vision, mission, values and strategy into action plans.

Dear all,
I know this is a site paid by Hon Mr Musharraf but I must write my mind regardless of who it hits.
Musharraf (‘Gen’) did a wonderful job in the beginning not because he was a very able body but because, in general, Pakistanis are afraid of army uniform. On the other hand, his ruling method degraded as the time went on. If Gen had called election soon after take over and went back to army or retired, he would have been hailed as a hero.
NOW if he does return to office in Islamabad, I can almost guarantee you that he will not be any better than goonies we have right now. Injustices, corruptions, terrors will remain at its current level, granted it may slow down for few month because people still remember his uniform in the back of their mind.
What Pakistanis relay need us an honest, patriot, and INEXPERIENCEd in Islamabad, person who has vision, ideas, and Jazba-e-khidmat. Experience in politics in Pakistan brings negative to the office instead of prudence.
I am the one Pakistanis need, as the Director General, whom the President and the PM report, run the country with justice. Eradicate corruption, injustices, terror in THREE YEARS.
I will only die ONCE, I rather do something for my beloved country that will be blessed by Allah. If I die by bullet flying in from terrorist hired by Pak enemy I will be shaheed, if I die naturally, I have accomplished my life.
I have a plan, wisdom, ambitions, and jazba.
Musharraf, NS, AZ and others will come and go the people will still be hungry, crushed, and thirsty. Slowly Pakistan sisak sisak kar aansoun mein ddob jaegya aur luterey lottey rahengei
